I know, I know. I still look punk, so it comes as no surprise to any of you that I binge-listened to “Under the Big Black Sun” back in the day. Wonderful to hear Exene and John Doe (and Dave Alvin) on Fresh Air today, healthy and happy, celebrating the rule-breaking music of that time.
