Long and Short Reviews (LASR) does terrific work supporting authors of all kinds, and giving readers a place to go to learn about new books. So I’m quite pleased to help them celebrate their anniversary this week, in a virtual bash filled with prizes and fun galore.
They asked authors to share thoughts on the theme of “summer.” That got me remembering summers in my childhood, and what it was like to be a kid in suspended animation between school years.
Hint: it included Cragmont Grapefruit Soda and books. Of course.
You can read it all here, and please take a few moments to hang out and celebrate with the LASR team. You can win marvelous prizes from them, including gift cards up to $100. And if you comment on my post there on the LASR site, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a You, Jane notebook – a place to start writing your own happy ending.
And remember – you can win terrific prizes from LASR, including gift cards up to $100; and if you comment on my post about a slower summer, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a You, Jane notebook – a place to start writing your own happy ending.
