Focus on others

One way to deal with stress and anxiety is to focus on how we can help others.

My employer has asked all of us who are able to work from home. I read a note this morning that reminded me of an important, difficult truth: “home is not safe for everyone.”

So, today I plan to reach out with reminders of how to get assistance for folks who are living in violent or unsafe situations at home.

Be well, move forward with compassion and kindness.
