Lucky Thirteen

A lot of people think this will be a lucky year, because it ends in the number thirteen.

Well, okay then. Let’s make our own good luck!

Join me in the 2013 challenge: Spend thirteen minutes each and every day doing something you love. Walk, converse, read, write, cook, play, listen to music, sing, sleep, meditate, hug your child, hug your doggy. Paint a picture, make a sculpture. Compose a song. Doodle. Spend thirteen minutes telling your significant other, parent, child, sibling, or friend how much you love them, how much they mean to you.

At the end of 2013, you’ll have amassed over 78 hours of delightful good fortune.
